主要从事战斗部安全性设计、爆炸毁伤等方向研究，主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目、军科委技术领域基金重点项目、国防重大专项等10余项科研项目，发表SCI论文30余篇，获授权国家发明专利10余项，出版著作2部，获省部级一等奖2项。
